I have been using this product for exactly two weeks but do not think it has been long enough to see any noticeable difference. I will write back in 2 weeks and update how I feel about this product. I will continue to use this product at least for 6 months to see if there is really a noticeable difference. The pills are easy to swallow and convenient to only have to take it once a day in the morning.

I was hugely disappointed in the results after making my purchase based on reading the reviews. I continued to experience hair loss and brittle nails. People want to believe in something badly enough to convince themselves in the success of a product. Don't waste your money on this one.

My wife was losing her hair in that it was breaking and coming out with a comb. We checked the water as lots of women in this area I live in wear wigs.
My own hair was getting thin. No balding in my family both sides. Wife started to use this preparation about one and a half years ago. Wife says her hair is much improved and I say it looks back to normal to my eyes. The best price is dealing through
Amazon.com. I told her she is just taking vitamins and some essential fatty acids. It was safe. Probably the food we buy is
deficient in some way.
I read the reviews of the buyers and they say it works, except for
one person. It took about 6 weeks for my wife to stop losing hair.
It really works for her.
Incidentally, I take it also. I have a full head of hair.

i just bouththis vitaminins because my hair was falling and since i starte using it my hair have improve a lot. i will recoment this product to everyone that have problems with their hair.and it also good for the nail as well.

2 months in and I can say for sure that something is happening. That something being noticeably thicker hair and just a slight decrease in hair loss. As for my nails they are only slightly stronger.
They say to take it for 4 months to see best results. I ordered my 2nd bottle 1 week before my 1st ran out. So, we shall see if I lose less hair near the end of the 4 months.
Over all this product is doing everything it says except for the regrowth of hair. I noticed nothing in that respect.
If you decide to give these pills a try... Wait atleast till you finish the bottle before you judge. Make sure you take them every day and in the morning (as stated on the directions).
