Not only does this stuff remove all eye makeup--including waterproof mascara--it does so without leaving any greasy residue or irritating my sensitive eyes! I use a small amount with a Shiseido cotton square, hold it to my eyelid for a few seconds, then gently wipe. On days when I wear a lot of eye makeup, I use the Lid + Lash Wash a second time, using only my fingers and gentle circular motion.

I have sensitive skin and eyes, use a lot of eye makeup (shadow, liner and mascara every day), and this gets it off fast w/out any irritation at all. 'Nuff said :-)

I love this product. It is a gel so it is not runny and less likely to spill and get into your eyes yet it is gentle and non drying. It removes makeup (shadow, liner and mascara) thoroughly usually on the first try. My cousin who is a makup artist first told me about this product a couple of years ago and I have used it ever since and always gotten good results.
