 Not great for sensitive eyes. September 3, 2010

I bought this as a replacement for Neutrogena's discontinued Clean Lash Tint, for my extra sensitive eyes. Unfortunately, this product, though natural, is more like mascara than lash tint. It smudged a lot, and I was not able to get the smudges to disappear without eye makeup remover. And it felt as annoying as mascara to my poor eyes. Very unfortunate.

Tarte's 4 Day Stay delivers as promised! Want 4 days of darker lashes? This is your product!
As promised, your darker lashes will stay in place - unless they encounter a creamy/oily product. So, watch the eye creams (and perhaps even creamy shadows - no probs w/ powder, tho)
Unless you have va-voom lashes that just need a color boost, you won't have va-voom lashes after using the 4 day stay. IT only darkens what your mama gave ya in the lash department.

It does not last 4 days on an active person, but the claim might be true for someone in a coma or something.
I still like it, as it does not leave much in the way of clumps. For me it lasts a day or 2.

Definitely not a 4 day stain and works like most waterproof mascara's in that it smudges and clumps and often requires strenuous measures for removal (only in sections-as other sections wear off on their own). Will not purchase again and the wand takes getting use to tho it does cover and separate the lashes well.

This really is a very good product. The brush and the formula together separates the lashes and colors each lash. However, if you have naturely oily eyelids like I do, it is not the product for you. I have to remove the smudges several times a day. This is a great product for women who do not have a smudge problem.
